I have been looking at MANY people's blogs lately and have gotten quite inspired by some of the things I've seen. This past week I also caught a glimpse of a blog "book" that a teacher at my school just got printed. She has 6 months worth of posts printed into a really nice book, serving as one of the coolest memory/photo books I've ever seen.
I started this blog not too long ago and have learned so much about blogging along the way. I started it mainly to share pictures with friends and family. It's been so fun telling stories about Taylor and sharing some of the experiences in our lives.
I have always loved to write. Writing has always been a way for me to explain my thoughts and share my feelings. Keeping a journal just seems so old-fashioned these days, and I really never kept up with a journal anyway. So this new blogging trend is just what I need!
From this point on I am going to take on a new direction for this blog. I want to do a better job journaling our day to day happenings and all the things I want to remember, with the end goal of publishing it all into a book. How neat for us to be able to sit down 10 years from now and read about all the things our family was doing day in and day out. What that means for our faithful blog followers is just that you will probably just have more to read! AND, it also means that I will probably be posting more often! I say that now, let's see if it happens! I also have a few new ideas for posts....so be looking for those soon!

I saw your post on Bethany's blog.........it is a small world! Wow, so you too are married and have darling little ones! Congratulations! We have lots of fun memories of you being over here as well, remember when we "babysat" your dog? I don't even like dogs, but I just about cried when it left, it was a very sweet one and I fell in love with it. Is great to see how you are doing and will add your blog to my "list". This is all pretty new to me, but Bethany is really into it and it is so fun to be able to see her kids and show them off as well. Haven't seen them since Christmas, they will be home in a couple of weeks for her 10 yr reunion so we are very excited! Have a great day..... Rhonda Harding

I love the new look, Amanda! You are going to love having this all in a book someday. Corey and I have already looked through ours several times. I love it! So glad I'll be able to keep up with you after you leave us this year!
Wow what a good idea...Maybe I should start! Seems so much easier to keep then myspace!!! Any ideas?

I've thought about doing a book of my blog too. It's an awesome idea. I'm glad to know you'll be bloggin more regularly. I love the pics of the kids!
